• Maintains primary stationary post at building/property enterance providing access control; as to ensure that all visitors possess valid photo ID and sign in prior to access to building
• Conduct interior foot patrols for general surveillance of common areas (including stairwells, hallways, laundry room, storage area, etc.)
• Respond to calls to investigate, correct, and/or report incidents or conditions including: theft, property damage, safety hazards, fire, disturbances, smoke or any emergency situations.
