Delivered several large projects circa £2.2 million within tight budgets and recognised best practice.Modernised and enhanced the business Logistics Security CCTV and access control standards and specifications document, combined with a new guarding strategy.Deputy to the line manager supporting key activities including contract and tender negotiations, divisional speaker during business reviews/events and reporting into business divisional stockholders and leads. Accountable for a team of depot loss prevention managers delivering a 15% YOY reduction in revenue costs of £4.5 million whilst maintaining high performance through a strong business partnership with the guarding provider.Continued to support and contribute to all key KPI targets and budgets including a shrink improvement of £1 million YOY.
