Sitesoft is a fully integrated site management solution that protects Owners or Directors and Management of a head contractor from liability resulting from lapses in authorisation, insurances, safety inductions and duty of care. Many of our customers have expressed a need to integrate contractor management and access control into one solution. Sitesoft is our answer.It provides site management with the critical tools to restrict access, communicate to all persons onsite, muster management, contractor management, meeting management, plant managment plus a raft of other site management tools. The Access hardware can be turnstile, boom gate, truck access or Mobile software to control access and management of the site.The Sitesoft software is self-managing Software as a Service (SaaS) which manages the service on a resilient computing and communication platform. Data can be input via any web browser.Clients, sub-contractors and authorised users are given secure username and passwords and can upload data into the system which is used to authorise their entry e.g. induction training data, licences, insurance certificates and they can also upload photographs.Sitesoft ensures that site entry is only allowed to those people or plant items whose authorisation is current on every day of entry (not just the first). To achieve this, the agreed business rules have an expiry date and a watchdog routine to grant or deny access when a card or mobile phone (with App)enters the site via a geo fence or is presented to the turnstile. All hardware is monitored 24/7 by our in-house monitoring station.The data is structured and “fully integrated” meaning that one database can be securely used for a variety of different purposes controlled by business rules agreed with you the client.
