Hello, my name is Anthony Howard. I have only been a part of the industry for 4 years. I got my start in 2015 with Restoration 1 Central Florida out of Orlando, FL. I was hired at first solely to remove glued down hardwood floors in high end mansions. Within 9 months I received my WRT cert from the IICRC. I was cross trained in mold remediation and marketing other trades to generate work. I moved on to take a position managing a startup company located in Florida. There I learned about the fine line between policy and scope, as well as Xactimate and communicating with adjusters. I would like to obtain my IICRC certifications for Applied Microbial Remediation Technician(AMRT) and Applied Structural Drying(ASD) in the future. I am also a member of the Restoration Rebels, the Restoration Industry Association and the National Organization of Restoration and Remediation Professionals (NORRP). I will always operate with transparency, communication, honesty, and the utmost care for the policyholder.
