Growing, developing and maintaining Ellingham Hall as a premier North East wedding venue. My job is to build, support and guide the current team, alongside which taking full responsibility for staff and the business as a whole. To be responsible for the management accounts and budgets set for the business, whilst working with the owners in its strategic development ensuring the business is both profitable and sustainable as per their wishes.
