• Oversee a team of 16 network technicians. Day to day responsibilities include: scheduling, providing daily work assignments as well as dispatching techs as needed to assist with outages, approval of timesheets, quality assurance and safety checks, order equipment and supplies. Responsible for the creation of departmental budgetary projections, adjusted operating costs YTD to maintain network operations standards. • Experience with fiber optic testing and splicing; provides support to field technicians with installations and complications; troubleshoot on site to determine reasons for failure. Coordinate timely responses to system problems.• Architecting network systems for clients; design and upgrade existing systems to support client needs and maximize performance.• Extensive professional experience with WiFi systems; installation, repair and maintenance.• Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and government agencies to obtain permits and documentation needed to complete a project. Coordinate with internal departments as well as residential/business users to analyze and implement effective solutions.• Experience preparing FCC Proof of Performance Reporting, as well as additional required regulatory and compliance documentation.• Provide training, technical guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.

• Responsible for the servicing of all telecommunication equipment from the Hub Site, to the plant, to the subscriber terminal device. Maintained fiber optic nodes, trunk, feeder cable, amplifiers and taps, including television, modem and router.• Maintained network parameters on HFC (hybrid fiber coaxial) plant and design. • Monitors real time conditions and handles outages on a standby, as-needed basis.• Assist Field Technicians with on-site troubleshooting and resolution of client issues

• Perform preventative maintenance (balance align node, amplifiers, line extenders)• Performs service calls, review all requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement. • Completed associated paperwork with each work order in a timely manner
