Managing different aspects of maintenance and refurbishment works for various different clients.Managing, arranging and working alongside contractors across all elements of refurbishment works.Delegating tasks and working to strict schedules to ensure jobs run correctly aswell as efficiently, meeting the required deadlines set by the client.Key clients during this period were Carillion Amey, Riverside, Teeside University, Leeds UPP, Bupa, Hanover Housing & Castles and Coast (Two Castles).

Overseeing works carried out by joiners and painters across various sites, this included maintenance contracts in tenanted social housing properties, void properties and commercial reactive maintenance. Working with a vast range of age groups and different clients, I gained a lot of experience and knowledge in how to engage with clients/residents from all different backgrounds.Key clients during this period were Marks & Spencer’s, SAHA, Golden Lane Housing, Karbon, Castles & Coast (Two Castles).
