With over thirteen years of experience in the social housing and commercial sectors, I am a Maintenance Manager at Home Group, one of the UK's largest providers of high quality housing and supported housing services. I am responsible for managing the repairs, voids and fleet & purchasing team in the North East region, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.I have successfully led and built a strong and organised workforce that can carry out planned and reactive maintenance across various settings and projects. I have also contributed to the mobilisation of an in-house repairs team, working collaboratively with other colleagues and stakeholders. I have developed core competencies in contract management, construction safety, and team leadership, and I am passionate about delivering for our customers and enhancing our reputation.
