- Strategize and develop copy and concepts for high-level, big idea projects- Responsible for how JetBlue is positioned and promoted across a range of marketing channels through the brand voice- Ability to author guidelines and be a strong brand advocate- Plans and carries out work assignments and handles problems in accordance with instructions, policies, previous training, or accepted practices in the occupation. Consults with Crewleader on unique situations which do not have clear precedents.- Craft original, “on-brand” copy and develops creative copy solutions for a wide range of marketing projects, including website content, email campaigns, sales collateral, promotional materials, signage, merchandise, and presentations- Review copy and provide feedback crafted by creative agencies- Provide copy for social branded content as needed- Work closely with the Graphic and UX Designers to develop copy to complement a variety of internal and external design requests (signage, promotional materials, websites, etc)Proof-read and copy-edit all written materials, primarily for Marketing but occasionally for other departments.
