First line Microsoft senior technical support engineer for dynamics 365 Finance & operations/Human Resources (North America).Working with customers, from development to production, to discuss and resolve complex technical issues relating to environment provisioning, security, 3rd party integrations, debugging, reporting etc.Employ expert knowledge on RESTFUL services, database performance analysis, data movement operations, Logic apps, data lake, Kusto, CRM integrations, Azure DevOps operations, .NET, azure services, power Bi, Regression suite automation tool (RSAT), T-SQL, X++, Team foundation service (TFS), Git and GitHub.Working with technical documentations and new hotfixes/designs with a frequency of two months.Collaboration with technical leads, TAs, manager at local and international levels.Care, accountability, emphatic and resourceful in resolution processes.Improves product offerings by communicating customers feedback to product management and engineering.
