Onboard Fishery Patrol Vessel, UKMy responsibilities involve: -Safe and efficient operation, maintenance and repair of vessels machineryLiaising with Chief Engineer and immediately raising any defects which may affect vessels safety or put marine environment at risk.Managing & working with those in junior position as well as other departments, ensuring any planned or unplanned maintenance is being carried out in a safe, correct & efficient manner.Assisting with investigating non conformities and applying corrective action as agreed with Chief Engineer & Commanding Officer.Maintaining an updated spare gear inventory and ensuring this is reflected on the planned maintenance database (R.o.B Levels & Spares linked with Machinery).Assisting in creating required job specs for both Dry & Wet dock periods.

Served as 3rd Engineer onboard both Marine Research & Fishery Protection vessels. Multiple dry-dock refit periods attended
