F135 Fleet Data Management Engineering Lead, 2020I was tapped to accept the additional leadership responsibility for overseeing and optimizing the performance of a team of 12 Engineers that completed eight specialized projects ($1M+ in revenue) between January and June of 2020. On Engine Maintenance (Unit Level) JTD Lead, 2018 to 2019I pioneered and established a new leadership role for Beclan assuming full control of a high-profile portfolio of design projects for the US Air Force and other key partners. I became a subject matter expert in the 400-page Style Guide to serve as Quality Control & Assurance Specialist for project portfolio. Among my key contributions, I developed a training methodology that onboarded new hires in 2 weeks and had established team members increase proficiency by 25% in one month. Trained multiple stakeholders on best practices for crafting technical documents based on installation drawings for the F135 engine program. I was able to train others after self-learning best practices & techniques. This led to deliverables being produced a full 25% faster, slashing costs and significantly increasing bottom-line results.Devised an integrated project methodology and worked hand-in-hand with Team Leads to teach/implement the method across entire workflow.
