In my current position, I design and direct creative development of two gourmet food brands. Utilize traditional and digital strategies to reach target audiences via concept ideation, branding, store print materials, marketing, social media and creative leadership. Lead in-house creative team of four and hire and manage contractors, photographers, stylists and freelancers to complete work within time and budget constraints. I collaborate closely with domestic and international marketing teams to develop impactful processes and strategies that progress brand objectives around the globe.

While the creative director, I managed creative services for major international brands, including Kellogg’s, Tyson Foods, High Liner Foods, and Guinness Battered Seafood. In this role, I oversaw a team of designers, copywriters, and web designers to develop and execute impactful concepts and monitored project status to address staffing needs and maintain schedule. I continually delivered projects that achieved client objectives on-time and on-budget through project management and leadership.• Recognized with Davey Awards, including a Silver Award for a Kellogg’s Print Insert, and a Gold Award for a Tyson Foods Website.

As a senior art director, I developed content strategies and executed the production of print and digital ad campaigns for diverse clients, including those in retail, banking and automotive. In this role, I collaborated with account teams and managed client relationships to establish strategies that met client goals, and partnered with creative directors to develop impactful pitches for TV, radio, and business development.Key Accomplishments:• Winer of 2 Silver Davey Awards for Garrett Popcorn retail posters• Served as art director and oversaw production of bi-monthly print publications for Chicago and St. Louis.
