Roles & Responsibilities Related Procurement:• Single point of contact for 18 Product lines (13 suppliers) across the globe dealing with company owned aftermarket brand JPC (Japan Parts Corporation – In affiliation with Nissan Corporation), Introduced and developed 12 Product lines which was initially at 6 product lines.• Ensuring the ESMA & SABER certification requirements are met for all the product lines wherever.necessary - Particularly for DG/ HAZARDOUS GOODS like Batteries, Oils, Shock absorbers etc.• Complete analysis of entire GCC market requirements in aftermarket parts that start to range from Brakes, Condensers, Evaporators, Radiators, Ignition coils, Water Pumps, Axles, Shock Absorbers, Alternators, and Starters Etc.• Completely responsible for planning of orders based on the movement in UAE, Oman & KSA after market.• Coordinating from Purchase to POS with the supplier and end customer to ensure the smooth flow of process.• Timely monitoring of inventory to ensure the stock shortage never happens and demands from customers are met time to time• Conducting market research for product development based on the market demand and forecasting for possible sale growth• Effective ordering and Stocking Parameters to ensure the reduction of non-moving parts value. • Validation of new part suggestions from Sales team and overseas requirement based on the current market trend, Model of the vehicle, Applicability of the vehicle and sales in the regions.• Daily monitoring of the MIS reports prepared by direct reports of the orders placed and ensuring the targets and necessary funds are available during the payment processing to Vendors (Advance Payments, LC’s & Credit Payments to vendors)• Continuous support to sales team for achieving sales target• Reporting to the Vice President of the Company.• Successful implementation of warranty system in SAPSYSTEM.• Ensuring and verifying of all the warranty claims.

 Follow up of quotation and negotiating with clients for order confirmations. Processing order’s as per client’s requirement. Currently working on company systems SAP Sales Module. Job include of Creating Sales Order in SAP. Generating DO’s for Sales Orders’s and invoicing the same. Arranging for delivery by coordinating with concern warehouse personals. Preparing Commercial invoice and packing list. Follow up of payments from clients avoid delay in order delivery. Good working knowledge of Word, Power Point, and Excel. Arranging shipments with freight forwarders according to customer’s need. Managing entry level accounts.  Updating payments of Customer’s. Generating new customer data base from internet  Calling prospect clients for new orders Sending details to accounts for K/off Moderate knowledge of parts catlogue  Reporting to team leader on daily basis. Making back order status on weekly basis. Placing back order as per customer’s request. Currently Handling African Market and some of local markets also. Working with Team of Three People.
