Regional Manager
CurrentAnthony Jacobs joins Sunstate’s Securities Operations with a specific focus on the Tristate area, which encompasses Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. As evidenced through 20+ years of prior leadership roles in Finances, Behavioral Health, and Criminal Justice, he has guided organizational change relative to a focus on client experience and outcomes. Mr. Jacobs holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and Human Services from Springfield College, is six sigma green belt certified, and working towards completion of a master’s degree in business administration. Mr. Jacobs joined Sunstate’s Securities in 2022 with an appetite to gain stakeholder buy-in relative to system and security optimization specific to underserved populations. Mr. Jacobs is an avid advocate for compliance with criminal justice and behavioral health services and understands that the focus and future of rehabilitation should be placed on what we can achieve versus the existence of rate limiting factors.
