Develop and implement strategies to attract new members to the organization and facilitate the smooth onboarding of new members by providing information about membership benefits, guiding them through registration processes, and answering any questions they may have Serve as the primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support as needed using effective communication skills, both written and oral and at times in French. Manage the Ready Membership database platform to best utilize metrics related to memberships and events organized by SETACm often times using out of the box solutions to bypass the platform's limitations Work closely with other departments or teams within the organization, particularly accounting and grants, to coordinate membership-related activities, invoices, and other finance related issues Track key metrics related to membership using the Ready Membership platform, such as acquisition rates, retention rates, and engagement levels, and provide regular reports to senior management or relevant stakeholders Oversee the management and maintenance of the office space and its budget, including managing supplies, equipment, facilities, and liaise with vendors and service providers Ensure proper usage and maintenance of office technology, troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with IT support when necessary
