We are just a phone call away 24 hours a day .One of the reasons i went into business ,and started Industrial Door Maintenance was that customers complained that they wanted quality products for the amount of money they were spending. The customer wanted service and not being charged over the odds. I survey all sites myself and design the doors required. I advise and use my experience to inform them of any pitfalls there are in certain designed doors so they can make a decision with all the information .I manufacture and install the doors so i know that my product works and is of a high standard. I have a 100 % customer satisfaction rate , we send out customer satisfaction forms which we produced when we did investors in people.We invest in staff training most of which have been with me from day one.
