Anthony currently holds the position as Marketing Director for the Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters. The CRCC is composed of affiliated local unions representing over 52,000 men and women in Illinois, Missouri, Kansas and Eastern Iowa. Anthony frequently speaks publicly in promoting a 21st century career pathway workforce to various organizations and governmental bodies. Anthony works on carbon free energy policies, environmental training programs that promote economic developments within the local communities. Anthony is a credentialed LEED AP BD@C responsible for a variety of roles in the Midwest energy market. Anthony assists with the collaboration amongst the renewable energy developers, manufactures, and EPC companies pairing these entities with the Carpenters Union contractors providing a diverse and equitable skilled workforce for the renewable energy developments. The Plan Commission ensures that adequate provisions are made for the preparation of a comprehensive Village plan for the guidance, direction and control of the growth and development of the community. Commissioners are charged with preparing and recommending to the Village Board a comprehensive plan for the present and future developments within the Village.
