I am a recent graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. I graduated with distinction, earning a BA in Philosophy and Minors in Politics, Philosophy, and Law (PPL) and City Planning. My academic and professional interests are interdisciplinary and multifaceted in nature. Among the questions that have shaped my undergraduate experience, here are a few that I aspire to explore further:- How does sport reflect, reinforce, and challenge dominant attitudes about gender, bodily autonomy, and race relations?- Does philanthropic governance reinforce systemic inequality? What role do institutional and individual charitable giving have (if any) in shaping a more just society?- How do we foster interdisciplinary collaboration and mobilize resources to address the climate crisis? - What does a more equitable, livable, and sustainable city look like?These questions reflect my desire to realize a more just, equitable, and sustainable world. I believe this future lies at the intersection of interdisciplinary collaboration, community empowerment, and a praxis rooted in acknowledging and correcting the legacies of systemic and institutional injustice.
