Supervise six medical assistance’s and implementation of necessary operations related to patient assessments and laboratories compliance across three locations. This includes ensuring all patients receive the following clinical assessment: vital signs, laboratory work, patient history, pain assessment and medication review/reconciliation. Assist physicians during bone marrow biopsy procedures. Responsible for clinical Standard Operating Procedures and workflows within OncoEMR system to meet quality measure reporting for the Oncology Care Model and value based care programs. This includes screening for depression, pain, and ECOG performance status. Participate in weekly huddle to review patient eligibility for clinical trials. Responsible for leading all emergency medical codes with in our office and maintain all emergency equipment to comply with state regulatory guidelines.
