After serving first in the Royal Army Ordnance Corps after amalagamation the Royal Logistics Corps as a Vehicle Specialist for 22 years, receiving Long Service and Good Conduct medal for 22 years unblemished career. My last 4 years spent teaching soldiers and civilians young and old alike, all aspects of our trade including licence catagories 'C CE D DE 'H' and 'G' and all manor of vehicles and how to operate them both home and abroad. Qualified Driver CPC Instructor also manual handling instructor and Banksman Instr. I have IOSH Certificate in managing safety and health. I spent 6 years working airside at Heathrow (CLEAN disclosure checks) as a logistics manager for Compass Group. Currently a driver trainer, rtitb banksman instructor and RTITB DCPC instructor also trainer on new 30 pallet LST/double deck LST trailers that are currently on 10 year government trial on UK roads. Along with this I am currently developing along with White logistics and MAN Truck and Bus a safe and economical driving method that runs with microlise system, taking drivers from lower EFG grades to A or B standard in all environments.
