Superintendent working on the Obama Presidential Center project in Chicago, IL. My experience on this site began with overseeing the construction of the Parking Garage portion of the $600M project. I scheduled, coordinated, and oversaw activities from site clearing, structural excavation, underground utility installation- including 19 circuits of Geothermal wells, and the placement of the reinforced concrete structure of the garage. From there, my role grew to oversee the Forum and Library buildings of the project. I oversaw and managed the placement of the reinforced concrete structure, consisting of many architecturally exposed concrete features. I refined the project schedule to optimize flow of subsequent finish work as we progress into the fit-out portion of executing the project.

Superintendent/Project Manager on a confidential Data Center Expansion project. My responsibilities included budgeting, purchasing, engineering, scheduling, and field coordinating a $5M addition to the active data center with limited impact to data center operations. The project consisted of a structural steel framed, curtain wall enclosed 5,000SF addition with high end finishes and lighting. The project was turned over early June 2021.

I was brought in on this project to assist with processing of owner changes that were to be implemented mid-construction without impacting the balance of the project schedule. My area of focus was managing and implementing elements associated with proposed artwork and other architecturally significant display areas.

Superintendent on the Willis Tower Repositioning Project in downtown Chicago. This project consisted of a major renovation / addition to the seven ground floors (four up, three down from ground level) of the iconic Willis Tower. I oversaw the structural steel, demolition, and structural concrete, building envelope, and skylight trades for Phase 2 (Wacker side and Jackson side) of the renovation.

Scheduling Engineer / CSA Superintendent for a large, confidential data center project in the suburbs of Chicago. My responsibilities included managing the Project Master Schedule in Primavera P6, as well as assisting in schedule development. Additionally, I was the Superintendent for a number of civil, structural, and architectural trades on the project, in which my responsibilities included managing the trades' schedules, QAQC, and coordination issues.

My daily responsibilities included managing and processing Requests for Information (RFI's) and Submittals, as well as coordination with the client and our subcontractors. I also established and maintained a customized online form for submission and tracking of Daily Construction Reports. The project implemented many other Lean construction principles, including the Last Planner System.

Additionally, I assisted our Purchasing effort through development of Scope Requisitions and monitoring our Procurement Schedule.
