The project is to construct the semiconductor factory of TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturer Company )The entire base includes three buildings: FAB(fabrication), CUP( central utility plant), and Office. We are responsible for the Structure of the CUP.My jobs:1.Assisting project manager or field supervision staff with project coordination2.Contribute to preparing submittal plans to avoid project progress delay3.Assist in scheduling, update project schedule as directed and developed a exact format to present, enhancing meeting efficiency with clients through team approach4. Supervised construction site by flying drones and overlay aerial photo with CAD drawing by AutoCAD to track construction progress, improving management efficiency by 30%

I participated in the field internship sponsored by the National Center for Research on Earthquake Engineering(NCREE) in Taiwan. The project was to conduct seismic retrofit of aged elementary school buildings due to the building code's change after the massive earthquake in 1999 Taiwan. The regular seismic retrofitting methods used were expanded column, wing wall, and shear wall. My jobs include:1.Supporting project manager by recording daily progress and reporting engineering problems2. Assisting with subcontractors, materials, equipment and field inspections, increasing construction efficiency3.Converting construction progress of each work into productivity rate base on daily record, perfecting the database set by Taiwan Construction Research Institute4.Presenting project, including construction method, schedule and building model to clients, facilitating clients to comprehend whole retrofit project
