• Prepare a comprehensive budget to ensure the financial health of each project• Develop project schedules and ensure they meet the required deadlines• Oversee the quality of the construction projects and ensure they meet set standards• Prepare and negotiate contracts and ensure that all revisions or changes are communicated with the clients approval• Perform designs using CAD software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.) with the used of collected data and calculations• Present designs and 3D renderings to assist clients in client understanding and approval of projects • Develop marketing material (e.g. flyers, pamphlets, banners, etc.) with the use of computer software• Use online services to advertise business locally and nationwide with the use of marketing material• Use e-commerce to sell items nationwide and create additional sources of income

• Supervise over 25 staff members throughout Southern California and ensure they are operating within state and federal regulations• Accurately collect data using multiple computer applications and prepare an Annual Accountability Report for the California Department of Education • Work with Executive Director to prepare a comprehensive budget for each school year • Work with the Executive Director to secure funding for the operation of the nonprofit organization • Research funding grants and write proposals to secure funding of the organization• Monitor the weekly, monthly, and yearly cash flow of the nonprofit organization in accordance to the approved budget• Develop, facilitate, and oversee weekly meetings and staff trainings• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems on a daily • Develop marketing material (e.g. flyers, pamphlets, banners, etc.) with the use of computer software • Maintain, organize, and update weekly staff notes, employee records, and files
