I currently oversee an international network of internal military enrollment personnel for a leader in global education. I develop and direct recruiting strategies to drive new enrollment. In on-going process improvement efforts, I have identified and analyzed underperforming areas, subsequently designing, developing, and implementing enhanced internal system processes to drive efficiencies and productivity. I serve as first point of contact for individual, private, non-profit, and public sector accounts, as well as with military, Department of Defense, and private sector. I have served in several roles for this non-profit organization dedicated to providing support for our veterans. From 2011 to 2017 I held the position of President. Since then, I have been both a Board Member and Consultant to the organization. In my various roles, I have worked closely with other members of the board to champion, develop, and implement programs that support our veterans. I work closely with vendors and donor organization, fostering cooperation and appreciation towards our common goals.
