About Anthony Justice

My father always challenged me growing up: “if you want something you don’t have, you have to do something you’ve never done.” This credo has guided me throughout my career to take on a wide range of leadership experiences to grow my capabilities and push myself on a journey of continuous improvement. And as one would expect, a life’s journey can teach you many lessons:• How to balance being humble, yet confident• How to develop a business strategy, but understand how it should be executed with a sense of urgency• How to create a vision, while consistently over-communicating how it impacts the individual• How to keep the customer front and center, and still deliver on the organizational goals and P&LAs an executive leader, it’s been my honor to lead large teams delivering $200M to $1B+ in annual revenues across a multitude of medical technologies (clinical laboratory, diagnostic imaging, advanced therapies, information technology, pharmaceuticals.) Throughout the years, I’ve been humbled moving into new functional roles from sales and sales leadership to marketing, operations, and key accounts. It's this breadth of experiences that help me be a “systems thinker” and connect the dots between stakeholders and try and predict what is around the next corner strategically. With a bias for action, I lead with a sense of urgency to make decisions and serve the team working toward our mission.
