Current• Manage project documentation and specifications and am responsible for ensuring full technical compliance to project requirements.• Assure all customer requirements are met with the order and requirements are met when order ships.o Provide technical, design, and product application guidance to ensure this is accomplished and offer effective solutions.• Assist in advising customers, design engineering, and quality on manufacturing capabilities and processes via general knowledge of production, machine processes and metallurgy requirements/capabilities.• Assist the design engineer in configuring the equipment to meet customer requirements.• Set up and complete order from beginning and communicate requirements.o Manage jobs from quoting phase through shipping phase, on average 30 open jobs at a time.• General knowledge of ASME, ANSI, ASTM, and API (610,982, 641) requirements.• Acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.o Manage projects profit margin to achieve maximum OI percentage point improvement over quoted margins.• Participate in weekly operations meetings to ensure jobs are on track to meet customer requirements.o Manage project OTD to meet quoted requirements.• Manage Project Execution and deliverables within assigned facilities including decision making to ensure both ITT Goulds & customers best interests are protected.• Manage projects profit margin to achieve maximum OI percentage point improvement over quoted margins.• Manage inventory for facilities with programs set up to ensure proper level of stock items are maintained to support facility needs.o Review history of usage to ensure units are stocked in correct quantity in terms of usage of said item.o Review contract terms and conditions of programs.
