From 2006 to 2020, I have been teaching in the following disciplines: “Materials Science”, “Economic theory”, “Enterprise Economics”, “Mathematical models in Economics”.

I worked on a project on the application of personalized marketing in the service sector. As part of a research group, I researched methods for developing recommendation systems, developed recommendation systems, and prepared research dissertations. I was the only data scientist on the project.

Development of a credit scoring model for individuals, solving the classification problem on unbalanced samples. I worked as a Team Lead Data Scientist, including identifying the customer’s needs, adapting the project to the Bank’s requirements, working on features and analyzing their quality, choosing machine learning algorithms, interpreting the algorithm, and preparing a research report. The customer fully accepted the R&D report and using as a guideline in present.

The project called Development of a mathematical model for weekly CPI assessment and recommendations for its use. I worked as a Senior Data Scientist. I prepared an application with technical specifications for open bidding, developed a number of CPI assessment models, tested them and justified the use and selection of the optimal model, prepared an MVP for implementation on the customer’s site, prepared chapters of the research report with a description of the model.

MiGA is the cloud-based machine learning Analytics service for mobile games that predicts players segmentation based on behavioral traits. I worked as a Tech Lead Data Scientist and does ETL process setup, data preparation, and model training.

DSWorkspace.com is the cloud platform for developing machine learning algorithms in a team environment. I took part in the development team as a System Analyst, Architect, Data Scientist. My major tasks were development of methods for user interaction in the ecosystem, preparation of demo projects and load tests, module-by-module development of technological specifications and description of the implementing system modules.

My team worked on the development of a garbage sorting model. I solved the problem of multi-class classification using stacking of various models such as convolutional neural networks, decision trees, and linear regressions. During the project, I didn’t use feature preparation for models and built the prediction and model training system into the SCADA-system REST API. I was the only data scientist on the project.

I work on a project called Creating a methodology for analyzing the social infrastructure of the region. Time series analysis using ARIMA and SARIMA methods is performed. Clustering and classification problems are solved. I was the only data scientist on the project.

The project called Development of methods for evaluating the enterprise information resource management system. To solve problems related to the distribution of information within a production enterprise, I studied the distribution graphs of information flows and solved several clustering problems. I was the only data scientist on the project.

Project is the Realization of a management reporting system based on Microsoft Business Intelligence. I served as a Data Analyst on the team. As part of the project, I developed reports for operational control of the Bank’s activities. The developed projects won the international and Russian competition of partner solutions Microsoft Partner Award 2013 in the Business Intelligence category.

The project called Business analysis system based on Microsoft SQL Server. My role in the project was Data Analyst. I have developed several analytical models and detailed reports to monitor the activities of the company’s management.
