Maintenance Team Leader
Current• Training and FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) of coffee packaging machinery at supplier’s facilities in Italy, Cyprus and Egypt.• Commissioning packaging machine at customer’s facilities • Calibration, Testing, Controlling, Checkup and Assembling Machines (Electrical and Mechanical).• Observing, Testing and Evaluating Operation of Machinery and equipment To Diagnose cause of malfunction.• Developing Preventive Maintenance and Suggesting Updates Whenever Necessary. • Performing Routine checkups to Ensure that Machines Operate Smoothly.• Operation, Installation and Maintenance of Various Coffee Packing Machines, Conveyors, Cleaning System, Check Weigher and X-Ray Machines.• Operation and Testing Generators, Chillers, Compressors, vacuum and Blowers.• Maintenance of Building and Safety (fire alarm, lights, water pumps, valves, switches …)• Installation and Operations Various Type of AC and DC Motors, Sensors, Drivers …• Purchase Order and Communications with Suppliers (Italian, Japanese and Lebanese) and Partners.• Preparations and Modifications of Mechanical Shop Drawings.• Installation of new packaging machines based on electrical and mechanical drawing.• Refurbishing Old Machines and Making Upgrades to fit the site demand and boost the Production.
