About Anthony Kearns

I have spent most of my career working with and among lawyers. While I have taken small detours along the way, I have always returned to the warm (if somewhat sceptical) embrace of my chosen profession. I have not practised as a lawyer for twenty years, but I am regularly surprised at how being a lawyer remains such an important part of my identity. As a result, I approach lawyers and lawyer-systems with empathy and an appreciative frame. I believe this has been key to my success in working with them. The other enduring theme of my career has been human development. I have a passion for unlocking the potential of human systems. Whether in an individual supervisory or coaching relationship, a group I have the privilege to lead or facilitate, or as a senior executive in a large organisation.
