My purpose during a Preventive visit is to identify the facets each management system based on four categories, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, and Technical Engineering, as well as suggestions made from observations during a plant tour and create a list of open points (LOP) to be followed up on. Going through the 4 categories we go through their Capacity, Control plan, Cost of Poor Quality, Current drawing levels, Escalation plans, Logistics history like missed or late shipments and First in First Out process, Gauges we check their control and maintenance as well as Work Instructions and calibration, Internal quality we check everything from PFEMA to 1st piece inspection, OEE, Overtime, Part history, Predictive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Process flow chart, Rate Achievement, Safety Stock, and Work Force Stability. Once we've gone through that we then set KPI's that are tracked to gauge their progress.My purpose during an Urgent visit is to first Identify when the issue will Impact the Customers production. From there we establish a plan to ensure the customer isn’t impacted or minimally impacted via a production tracker. Once that is established we work with the suppliers to create action plans to resolve the current issue. With the action plans created we set up follow up meetings to ensure that all actions are being followed. When we see that the issues is resolved and there is no longer a threat to the customers production we transition to a Preventive Visit to hopefully prevent further issues.

I did daily inspections and measurements of incoming and outgoing glass. I collected temperature data to ensure the lehrs always maintained the proper temperature, During the course of the day anytime a quality issue would arises I would diagnose the cause of the issue and then put into place the proper corrective action. I also wrote daily quality reports for management to be sent to our suppliers and customers as well as handle incoming complaints from our customers. I would also update work instructions as well as create new ones. I was also the certified forklift trainer for the facility as well as part of the safety first response team.

Investigate supplier quality issues for Volkswagen. Based on the findings I'd write KPM'S or VPIN'S then setup containment and train the inspectors on how to inspect and contain the issue as well as rework the part if applicable. I would also do the daily scrap walk to discuss why parts were scraped and who was responsible. I also wrote daily reports about the status of current open jobs. Maintain and limit the amount of scrap per car.

I updated and sent out the daily activity report to upper management. Kept track of hours per employee per job they were working on as well as their overall hours. I also systematically tracked multiple jobs for multiple employees. I helped in writing work instructions for various new jobs then train the employees how to do the various jobs. I would also attend meetings for the billing of these jobs.

ResponsibilitiesSchedule the operators for their daily assignment, operator yearly reviews, operator training, operator vacation requests, raw material inventory, raw material ordering for each order, data collection, Quality inspections, containment, daily order verifications, closing orders and verifying all components are used in said order after it was completed, SAP training, label making, Color match inspections, and forklift certified on both stand up and sit down.

I performed color changes, cleaning of the equipment, mold setups, and I would help the techs with trouble shooting the tools and presses

I would contact different records agencies throughout the country to track down the records the company needed after a customer paid off their mortgage. After I get the documents that are needed I would get the proper signatures need for the release of the homeowners deed.
