Perform accounting and analysis duties for two multi-hundred million dollar branch plants in one of the largest flexible printing companies within the industry. Responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of plant production and operations to management as well as performing other specific functions such as:- Execute and manage day to day operations for two multi-million dollar plants. Duties include but are not limited to waste investigation, machine time review, work order analysis, and inventory management. - Create and maintain annual budget for departmental analysis and materials usage.- Conduct month end close duties such as, accruals, reconciling, aging, and other various adjustments to maintain reasonable accounting records.- Perform and maintain standard cost accounting for inventories to maintain and improve plant profitability.- Analysis for potential cost saving strategies and opportunities and tracking of cap ex expenditures.- Creating and running various ad hoc reports from multiple corporate software sources such as, Oracle E1 PRISM, Oracle Business Intelligence, and Crystal Reports.
