• Transition Manager – Reporting to Account Executive Transitioned to EDS to facilitate the smooth transfer of control of the S&N Data Centre to EDS and for the management of 50 ex S&N employees during the transitional.
• Managed the transfer of S&N Data Centre operation to EDS while maintaining levels of service.
• Produced Service Level Agreements for over 100 distinct services to reflect Outsourcing contractual obligations.

• Recruited to manage a large multi platform Data Centre and Help Desk, including responsibility for Service Delivery and for the development and maintenance of good supplier relationships. Staff 30. Budget £20m.
• Project managed the design and build of a new Data Centre during period of extreme change while continuing to deliver high quality service.
• Led design team and produced plan for a state of the art computer room.
• Introduced ITIL service management disciplines to the Data Centre, restructured Helpdesk and transformed customer satisfaction to over 90%.
