• Managing both the people and processes within the station• Planning, implementing trials & reporting the results• Conduct trials as directed by supervisor and as required by protocols and proper crop management practices• Supervise staff and labor to ensure proper trial execution starting from preparation to final results• Accurately manage and control the financial transactions related to the station required purchases and sales• Interpret trial data, report results, and provide recommendations for development of new or existing compounds to technical management• Ensure field safety in handling and storage of pesticides, and operation of equipment used to conduct trials• Supervise the installation of infrastructure (greenhouses, warehouses, irrigation systems, administration and housing unit, etc.) and its maintenance at the station• Keep an accurate record of items received and used in the station with usage divided per trial• Report and take action to solve any problems that might arise in the execution of work on the station
