I have had Lead responsibility of implementing and managing contract teams resulting in the delivery of small and much larger projects safely, on time and on budget.This included, Developing client relationships, control of all recruitment and preperation of all documentation presented to the client including presentation, programming, drawings, planning schedules and section agreements. Managing all 120 directly employed staff including their training and development.

Managed Contract Teams of various projects within the South Wales and South West, including;Cadwyn Housing, regeneration consisting 63 private and 28 social homesSovereign Housing, 4 sites including 60 homes and 4 shops in Barton HillAashayanna Housing, 18 apartments in FishpondsKnightstone, 12 apartments and 6 homes in HarcliffeAstor Group, 20 homes and 5 commercial units in NarrowaysSarsen Housing, 28 homes and a care facility for Autistic adults in Peasedown, Bath

Completed 56 Apartments and 6 Town Houses on London Road in Gloucester also completed 70 houses for private sale in Corsham, Wiltshire
