Work at San Francisco International Airport (SFO or Airport) as an Energy Manager with the following responsibilities:• Energy Audit of the San Francisco International Airport;• Consolidate Energy Information• Facilitate conversations between The Airport and technology companies that can support their goals;• Identify the Financial Argument for achieving Net-Zero Energy;• Develop a Master Plan for achieving Net-Zero Energy;• Draft Standards for synchronizing the building energy model with the energy management system to help optimize the operation of building systems;• Edit Net Zero Energy Guidelines and Specifications for energy modeling, Energy Use Intensity (EUI), and energy-efficient building technologies;• Consult on the strategy development for approval of net-zero energy projects;• Participate as owner representative for SFO's Terminal 1 Redevelopment Project;• Facilitate engagement and communication of Net-Zero Energy across the Airport;

I created a database for the Cleveland Clinic's past LEED construction projects. In addition, I identified real energy usage vs. projected energy usage of those projects and submitted recommendations in order for the Cleveland Clinic to achieve a LEED rating of Gold for all future construction projects.
