I have served as a consultant to the National Park Service, the California Department of Parks and Recreation, and the California Historical Society, as well as to various corporations, such as Sony, Pacific Gas & Electric, and E. & J. Gallo Winery. I have worked as a consultant at Stanford University for more than a decade .
