• Hiring and managing crew and freelance workers• Organizing and executing trips for the owner and friends (Exuma, Rose Island & overnight trips)• Multiple crossings to and from Florida and Nassau for yard work (New Life and 32ft Jupiter)• Managing New Life, jetskis on board and Jupiter (yard periods, repairs and servicing)• Refit of M/Y New Life (paint, teak, glass, engines, electrical and interior redecorating) • Exterior and Interior maintenance • Engine room cleaning and servicing alongside the Engineer • Accounting and cash reconciliations
