I am a biology student at Rowan University, expected to graduate in May 2023. I have completed a semester at sea program, where I learned about marine life and conservation. I am also a charter boat captain at Pon-Tiki Charters, where I have a 100 ton master license issued by the U.S. Coast Guard. I have strong decision-making, teamwork, and team leadership skills, which I apply to my work and studies.As a charter boat captain, I am responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of the guests, as well as the maintenance and operation of the boat. I have successfully led multiple charters, ranging from early morning rides to sunset cruises, and received positive feedback from the customers. I also work as a lead patrol at Lakeview Docks, where I supervise and train the staff, and manage the wave runner rentals. I enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and cultures, and I am passionate about sharing my love for the water and nature. I am eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities in the marine and environmental fields.
