I am the Reporting Lead who is responsible for facilitating portfolio level reporting on flagship projects and initiatives to the DELWP Executive Board and to central agencies, coordinating reporting for the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, and supporting the Rapid Coordination Team provide support to Groups on an ad hoc basis. • Lead and facilitate the preparation and analysis of high-level priority reporting processes, including coordinating Flagship initiative reporting to the DELWP Executive Board, and central agencies. • Provide accurate information and sound advice to all levels of management with a particular focus on reporting of economic recovery initiatives (in partnership with relevant groups across the Corporate Services Group and DELWP) highlighting issues and risks and providing advice on options and strategies.• Initiate, develop and maintain effective working relationships within the Division, DELWP Groups, portfolio agencies, other business areas and internal/external stakeholders.• Contribute to and undertake other projects and tasks as requested by the Director or Manager, Rapid Coordination Team. • Actively contribute and participate to a positive, open, delivery-focused culture that values and supports others in fostering a positive organisational culture, where flexibility, teamwork and the ability to respond positively to changes in the working environment are encouraged and valued.• To practice cultural safety by creating environments, relationships, and systems free from racism and discrimination so that people can feel safe, valued, and able to participate.
