 Worked with a colleague to develop the control loading system for our enhanced flight simulators. The system implemented 4 axis motor driven feedback to produce flight forces on the control columns and the rudder pedals during simulation.Built a Windows program using WPF, C#, and C++ to control servo motors used in throttle assemblies. The program controls and monitors the position, velocity, acceleration, and torque of each motor and is used to facilitate the development and production of new throttle assemblies. Reverse engineered costly, aircraft-grade switches to provide cost effective solutions Organized and developed production-level electrical schematics and BOMs for simulated aircraft products
