Site supervisor for candidates enrolled in the Teacher Leadership in Action Course for the Teacher Leadership Program. My role is to model effective mentoring and coaching while supporting the candidates professional learning experience and to provide them with opportunities to demonstrate their skills in roles associated with teacher leadership The roles associated with this are: resource provider, instructional specialist, curriculum specialist, classroom supporter, learning facilitator, mentor, school leader, data coach, catalyst for change and learner.

Work with Administrative Team, School Instructional Leadership Team and State Contact to create a Plan of Action to increase student achievement and affect school culture. My duties include monitoring the processes identified in the plan, uploading data, and creating Quarterly Review Presentations on the work being done. With the presentations comes analyzing the data and collaborating and agreement on the completion of the work, extension of the work and making adjustments when necessary.

Along with a diverse group of stakeholders, researched policies and processes and made recommendations to implement the use of Standards Based Report Cards within Fulton County Schools.
