Current- Senior Engineer in Managed Services Provider environment supporting over 1000 Clients
- Administer, configure, troubleshoot, identify faults, and remediate troubles in IT systems
- Systems include VMWare vCenter, VMWare Horizon, VDI’s, Hyper V, all Windows Servers, all Windows Workstations, Active Directory, Security Groups, Distribution Groups, Group Policy Objects, AD Connect, Office 365.
- Systems include VMWare vCenter, VMWare Horizon, VDI’s, Hyper V, all Windows Servers, all Windows Workstations, Active Directory, Security Groups, Distribution Groups, Group Policy Objects, AD Connect, Office 365.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
- Provide vendor management including Dell, HP, Lenovo, VMWare, and ISPs.
