Anthony is a Civil Engineer who has gained first-hand project management experiences whilst working as a Project and Site Engineer for project with contract values from $2.7 million to $360 million in Singapore. Anthony went to Australia in mid 2003 where he gained extensive experiences in project planning, programming, project status monitoring & reporting, development of Portfolio, Earn Value & Resource programmes, claim administration, preparation of Expert Witness reports, preparation of as-built programmes, analysis of EOT Claims. Anthony worked for both the private and public sector for project with contract value up to $2.6 billion. Anthony was made a senior consultant in Mar 06. Anthony joined CTBH in Dec 08 as a senior consultant for planning and claim analysis. Through his background, Anthony has gained an extensive planning & programming experiences and developed strong analytical skills. His expertise in Primavera (P6, P3 & Suretrak), MS Project and Ms Excel has supported his ability to provide strategic programmes, advices and reports for government, contractors and developers for the purpose of team management / coordination, risk management and for reporting to top managements / clients. Anthony also has expertise in MS Office, AutoCad and MS Visual Basic.Anthony was certified by Project Management Institute (PMI) as Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2014.Specialties: Strategic Planning / Programming, EOT Claim Analysis
