This internship aims to familiarize me with the ASP.NET Core ecosystem. I mostly learned to build Web APIs, .NET Identity, .NET MVC and using EF Core to interact with the database.

I created a capstone project based on one of the UNSDGs under the supervision of a mentor. There were various workshops and e-learning platforms provided to assist me in my journey. I met many awesome people from the industry, learned lots from them, and formed new connections. My capstone project is PesanNow! An app that aims to help students order cafeteria food directly, skipping long queues through a mobile interface. It was built on top of React Native and Firebase. Through lots of feedback from my mentor, and support from my colleagues, friends, and family, I kept on iterating my app and ended up winning second place in the "Best Capstone Project" and "Best Entrepreneurship Student" categories.
