· Collaborated with CEO in administration and logistics capacity, including supporting sales accounts, brainstorming artistic vision and direction, and managing supplier contracts and performance · Oversaw brand marketing and product placement and worked directly with PR agencies and stylists to promote brand awareness; namely resulting in placements in 3 magazines, America's Best Dance Crew and America's Got Talent television shows · Managed company's Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube accounts; aggressive marketing campaign resulted in over 110% increase in subscriber base, leading to over 5K new followers · Maintained company website, including original blog posts and photography of company updates, hip hop culture, and celebrity/media spotting, on-line store and sales, and e-mail management · Managed the official Kallusive Street Team of 16 members across the nation to boost urban advertisement using strategic marketing campaigns that resulted in a wider demographic reach · Headed major company events, the largest of which was the first annual Kallusive dance competition: EnKore, a dance competition that featured over 300 performers and 1K attendees; event resulted in 20K revenue and 6 new marketing partners

· Spearheaded Corporate Events program in target market to increase client representation and increased sales of client products by over 300% to corporate consumers; average increase of $12k per month of revenue · Oversaw career development of 30 direct reports including 24 hired during tenure; responsibilities include performance evaluations, interviewing, scheduling, productivity and quality coaching · Collaborated with the Manager in daily office operation responsibilities, including running morning meetings to increase efficiency and moral, testing new sales campaigns and drafting pitches, organizing monthly team outings to build chemistry, and formally assessed and responded to the needs of co-workers · Individually selected out of 30 candidates to attend semi-annual "Top Gun" conference; as a representative of the Riverside branch on 3 consecutive occasionsLEADERSHIP ACTIVITIES and AWARDS
