As an Executive Creative Director and Co Founder at Deepbluesee Limited, I apply my BA in Art and my creative skills in photography and graphic design to create artificial reef attractions that engage visitors with the beauty and fragility of the underwater realm. I graduated from St Martin's School, a prestigious institution for art and design, in 1997, and I have been passionate about subaquatic ecosystems ever since. In my current role, I lead the creative direction and design of large-scale outdoor aquariums that feature captivating artificial reef eco-sculptures placed along designated trails. The latest project is in Sint Maarten, where we partnered with the local government and marine conservation organizations to create an immersive snorkelling adventure for guests. I contribute to the development and execution of the project vision, strategy, and budget, as well as the coordination and supervision of the creative team and the installation process. I also oversee the photography and graphic design of the project materials, such as the website, brochures, and signage. Through my work, I aim to raise awareness and appreciation of the subaquatic ecosystems and to support their restoration and protection. I believe that by creating these artificial reef attractions, we can inspire people to connect with nature and to take action for the environment.
