I have always been a ravenous learner. As a child i enjoyed building things and seeing how things worked. Today my passion for building things has led me to renovating property's in my spare time. I started my professional life as an apprentice engineer, once qualified i became a field based engineer for 10 years this led to the roles of senior engineer & Team leader. The experience gained as an engineer led me to service management. I was given the opportunity to be a Regional Support Manager in 2021, the specialised knowledge i have gained over my 19 years in the industry has led me to be very commercially aware this allows me to support in numerous areas such as, contractual management of key accounts, lead technical support, leadership ,P&L and project management. In 2022 i successfully project managed the construction of Impacts new Nottingham depot. In this additional role i was responsible for organising a wide range of sub contractors to ensure the project came in on time whilst conforming with all H&S legislation.
