My EFA storyNote worthy, I am a football coach and not a tech guy at all. However building people and building teams, use the same principles regardless of industry. Being one of the original team members starting EFA back in 2015, was a once in a lifetime opportunity. Fast forward to today. Given changes in the education, technology, and leadership, EFA had to make many changes to maintain its place as the "tip of the spear." The biggest change was bringing back John Qualls, EFA's first president, one of Indiana's top tech minds. His return not only meant aggressive changes were coming, but set out a buzz in the tech space putting everyone on notice looking forward to what's to come. John Qualls presented me the opportunity to return to EFA to help rebuild some of our original culture and coaching values, as well as manifest his vision for EFA. Returning to EFA has brought me full circle and in many ways, back home. Much like before, I wear a few hats. I am currently working with Admissions assisting students interested in the tech field or skilling up. I also work with our community outreach team bringing low cost or free training improving Digital Literacy and other tech skills that lead to better utilization of technology in day to day. Our team also works with individuals looking for first careers, career changes and career enhancement. We like to call this Future Proofing yourself. I can honestly say that I am glad to be back. I believe in our leadership team. I believed in what we were doing then, and believe even more in the aggressive goals and plans we have in play. It's simple, find winners, coach them up, match them with great employers, and cheer them on as they write their story....

So to all my old customers, realtors, builders, attorneys, investors, family, and friends.... it's official I am back in the finance world and looking forward to serving all of you again. Eleven Fifty Consulting (EFC) specializes in the web and mobile space with a growing staff of developers. In addition to Apprentices that flow from our Technology Boot Camps, our delivery team consists of a core group of senior technologists (including instructors) that are delivering high quality responsive websites and mobile apps.
