Serves as a trusted liaison for our clients security operations, architecture and design, project initiatives, troubleshooting and configuration tuning.Security operational duties include - Daily, weekly, and monthly review, of key indicators of performance, maintenance, configuration tuning, and live assistance on project implementations on a service provider scale. I serve as a direct point of contact for any key network events such as environmental or social events. Any troubleshooting sessions for outages or network impacts, are accompanied by a final report of cause analysis, remediation, and preventative recommendations/procedures. Architectural and design duties include - Assisting in wholistic network design topologies curated for client specific needs. I also lab test feature and design behavior, then present proof of concepts. In addition I develop limited scripts and python tools to help maximize efficiency and use of our product feature set. Project duties inlcude - Regular meetings with key stake holders to coordinate and discuss design requirements, implementation schedule, and progression of the project. For these project initiatives I participate in the live change request windows and address any complications directly. Additional duties include crafting situationally appropriate documents and methods of procudure that are fully tested. I also review and perform code upgrade pre-checks, document changes in behavior, and account for any problems that may arise during the process. All relevant product bugs, features, troubleshooting and alignment of TAC/Engineering resources are coordinated by me, which helps provide TAC/Engineering deep operational knowledge for streamlining time to resolution.
