Was responsible for training complex aircraft rigging to all new Soldiers until they showed proficiency to be signed off as unit certified aircraft riggers.

Oversaw all aircraft maintenance on the companies assigned helicopters from dailies to phase maintenance, managed company records for the aircraft and helped to transfer 16 aircraft from the United States to Egypt as Quality Control. Was responsible for the Corrosion Control Program and Army Oil Analysis Program and all pub familiarization checks.

Trained and instructed Soldiers on the system operations and limitations of the UH-1 Huey. Managed personnel flight records for the Huey flight section. Developed and implemented a standardized aircrew flight training program. Planned out maintenance tasks for the UH-1 section to ensure all aircraft maintained a flyable status as needed for all missions assigned to the section.
